  • He's the only comic that makes me laugh without ever cursing in his act!

    • @Canadian Hit Man with comedians, it's either I think you're funny immediately, or I don't. Can't explain it.

    • @gyc315 no please give him another chance. Regan is great. I just discovered this guy today. He’s so awesome too.

    • @Jonathan H I did the other day... i listened to 30 minutes of one of his acts and had just one laugh... it was the one about going to the emergency room with no valet parking... ehhh... I couldn't finish it

  • Is this canned laughter, it sounds so unnatural. Jesus maybe the audience had to stay quiet because of COVID. But weirdly robotic sounding laughing. Maybe I’m wrong

  • I like Nate and I was going to bring up how the canned laughter made it hard to watch but since others have brought it up I'm not even going to mention it...

    • @SWIM A.D. Canned laughter, it's not that hard to understand. There may have been a mix of live laughter but it was canned and you can tell buy how spontaneous it begins and ends and also by the flatness of the sound.

      Jim BoJim Bo19 giorni fa
    • The audience is mic'ed. Noise gate and compression is applied at the board. The audience noise is faded in and out. It's not that hard to understand.

  • Too bad for the fake canned laughs, this guy’s legit. Hilarious. And THOSE MASKS! How is he supposed to play of the crowd?! By their eyebrows? Oh man, the biggest joke being played are the masks. But this dude is funny.

    • @jiji yeah, that’s why he’s the comical genius. I would be standing there with a question mark over my head, wondering how the jokes were taking hold. Glad he pulled it off, since laughter is good medicine for everyone who gets to hear him.

    • Yeah he talked about this in his video with David Spade, it made it hard for him to tell when people were enjoying anything. I can imagine that messing with someone in a show but he made it work.

  • When Nate said some guy in a boat brought him over to the stay-ers......I thought he meant people who live there all year round, as opposed to " snow birds" that only come there in the summer. Then he said steps......ah. Stairs! LOL
